Winbox Register

Create your Winbox account with the registration form below. Underneath, you'll find what to prepare beforehand and how to fix the problems people run into most often.

Form not showing? Open registration in a new tab (opens in a new tab)

Before you start

A few minutes of preparation makes registration smoother:

  • Use a device and connection you trust. A stable connection stops the form timing out halfway through, and a personal device keeps your details private.
  • Decide which contact details you'll use. Registration forms usually ask for a way to reach you. Make sure you can receive messages there, because confirmation codes are often sent to it.
  • Choose a strong, unique password. Don't reuse a password from another site. A password manager can create and store one for you.
  • Use accurate details. If Winbox asks you to verify your identity later, the information you give now may need to match your documents.
  • Read the terms. Before you agree to anything, read the rules Winbox provides, especially the parts about verification, deposits and withdrawals.

Filling in the form

The form above is loaded directly from Winbox, so its fields and steps are decided by Winbox and may change over time. Work through it at your own pace and read any error message carefully before trying again.

The registration link used on this page includes referral information, which is passed to Winbox when the form loads.

This site never asks for your password in its own fields. The only place to type it is the Winbox form itself.

If the form doesn't appear

Embedded forms can fail to show for reasons that have nothing to do with your account. Some browsers and content blockers restrict pages loaded inside other pages, and some websites choose not to allow embedding at all.

If the area above stays blank or shows an error, use Open registration in a new tab. It opens the same Winbox form directly in your browser.

Common registration problems

The confirmation code doesn't arrive

Check that you entered your contact details correctly, including any country code. Wait a minute or two, look in your spam or junk folder if you used email, and only then request a new code if the form offers one.

Your details are rejected

Errors usually come down to formatting: an extra space, a missing country code, or a username or password that doesn't meet the form's rules. Read the message next to the field, correct it and try again.

The page freezes or goes blank

Refresh the page first. If that doesn't help, try the new-tab link, turn off browser extensions for the page, or use another up-to-date browser.

You already have an account

Sign in instead of registering again. Platforms often limit each person to one account, so a second registration can cause problems later. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the login page if one is offered, or contact Winbox support.

After you register

Once your account is ready, sign in through the Winbox Login page and look for Pragmatic Play titles in the lobby. Our slots and live casino pages show a selection from the provider's catalogue, but availability in your account is decided by Winbox.

If you're on a phone, the download page explains the Android APK and iPhone browser options.

Winbox registration questions

Am I registering with Winbox or with Pragmatic Play?

With Winbox. Pragmatic Play doesn't offer player accounts, so the account you create here is a Winbox account and Winbox's terms apply.

Can I register on an iPhone?

Yes. The registration form is a web page, so you can open it in Safari or another iPhone browser. There is no App Store app linked from this site.

Is the information I enter shared with this site?

No. You type directly into Winbox's form. This site doesn't receive or store your registration details.

What should I do after registering?

Sign in at Winbox Login and look for Pragmatic Play games in the lobby. Remember that the games on offer are decided by Winbox.

The form shows an error I don't understand. Who can help?

Take a screenshot of the message and contact Winbox support. Winbox can see what went wrong with the registration; this site can't.
